- Fabric selection is required for upholstery products.
- Minor variations may occur due to fabric batches, screen settings, and hand-finishing.
- Made to order with a 4–6 week lead time
- Supplied with wall fastenings as standard
- Shape will vary slightly depending on size
- Handmade item – please allow up to 2cm sizing tolerance
All headboards and other upholstered furniture supplied by Ivy Décor & Design are made to order based on the specifications provided by the customer.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all measurements, dimensions, fabric selections, colours, and design details submitted to Ivy Décor & Design are accurate and correct at the time of ordering.
Ivy Décor & Design will manufacture items strictly according to the information provided and approved by the customer. As all items are custom-made, Ivy Décor & Design cannot be held responsible for any errors, dissatisfaction, or incompatibility resulting from incorrect measurements, specifications, or fabric selections supplied by the customer.
Due to the bespoke nature of these products, custom orders are non-refundable, non-returnable, and cannot be altered once production has commenced.
By confirming and placing an order, the customer acknowledges that they have reviewed and approved all specifications and accepts full responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided.
