This service is ideal for clients who require assistance in conceptualising and refining specific spaces within a new or existing home.

Mood boards and design concepts are created for each key space. We define the overall direction, materiality and aesthetic language of the project. A detailed design proposal and fee structure are presented for approval before moving forward.

Detailed Design & Budget Alignment
Following concept approval, we refine the design through detailed selections, layouts and specifications. A principal budget is developed to align the creative vision with practical investment parameters.

Procurement & Build Preparation
Once budgets are approved and deposits received, sourcing and production commence. We coordinate orders, custom items and timelines while collaborating closely with architects, builders and suppliers.
